2012 Dodge Grand Caravan does the tranny need replacement?

Hi

I have a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, and it has 153,000 miles on it. The car turns on, and it can run, sometimes. The codes I get are gear ratio errors for 1,3 and 4 and I don't know what to do. Does the transmission need replacement? Or is it just a simple computer fix?
