2009 Toyota Sienna, 125k,
Door hinge makes 2-3 “thunk” sounds when door opens and closes.
door latch replacement is really expensive, and I don’t want to pay for it.
any tips?
Also, Scotty, are you a tennesse titans fan now? 🙂

Yes I think it is the door check......

replace hinge bushings and lubricate.
Also, striker plates should be adjusted for sag in the door.
