Interpreting Live data and PCV valve gasket

Hi Scotty,

I am a first-time driver working on my first car. I was working on my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe idling problem and P2187 and P2189 codes which I explained in my previous post. (It has 169000 miles, 2.7L V6 eng). After I changed the spark plugs and PCV valve, cleaned the MAF sensor and throttle body I got more codes (P0171, P0174, P0151, P0116, P2187, P2189) and the idling problem didn't go away. 

I obtained some live data but I am not sure how to interpret it. Could you please help me with that? and with my previous post?

Freeze frame data for P2187 shows that long and short term fuel trims are around 25%. It stays at that level while idling and goes down if I increase the rpm. But not always, sometimes it is at 3-7% level and stays there regardless of the rpm change. Am I right to assume that there is a vacuum leak?

Also, the oxygen sensor voltage fluctuates a lot. Is that ok?

In mode 6 report, oxygen sensor monitor, Lean to reach sensor switch time (calculated) for bank 1 and 2 is not ready. Does it mean that o2 sensors went bad?

What other live data should I look for to diagnose what is wrong with the car?

Also, I messed up while changing the PCV valve, I didn't put the gasket from the old one and just put the new one as it is. Where can I find the gasket for the PCV valve? does any rubber gasket with an appropriate diameter would work?

That P0116 code is telling you that the computer doesn't like the temperature readings it's seeing from the ECT sensor (Engine Coolant Temperature sensor).

Look at your freeze frame data and see what temperature the ECT sensor was giving when the code was thrown.

Then, with the engine cold and running, switch to live data. Watch your ECT reading. Do the temps it's reporting look correct?

The ECT temps should be cold when the engine is cold and hot (between 180 and 200+ degrees) when the engine is warmed up. Are they doing that on live data?

The computer uses those temperature inputs to adjust fuel trims.

The rest of those codes are just lean codes so change the ect sensor, reset the codes and see what happens.

Oxygen sensor voltage is supposed to fluctuate.

If you want to check for vacuum leaks get a can of carburetor cleaner and wit the engine running spray around vacuum lines, PVC hose, and around the intake manifold manifold where it bolts to the engine head. If there are vacuum leaks you'll hear changes of idle speed
