2001 Buick Regal Multiple DTCs

Hi:

I have a 2001 Regal naturally aspirated with about 107,000 miles. Because of the car going into limp mode when in closed loop, I replaced the PCM, which was flashed for the make, model, year, and mileage of the car. The reman PCM had all sorts of codes, which I erased with my Innova 5160rs. To determine why the original PCM had problems, I tested the battery (OK), and then the alternator. The voltage from the alternator started to climb, and when it reached 15 volts, I got a warning from the scanner and shut off the engine. I replaced the plugs and wires with the original types. Everything I put in was ACDelco. After replacing the plugs and wires, I tried to start it. It turns over well, but won't start. I erased the DTCs again and tried again. No luck. The scanner gave me all of the following P codes both times: P0122, P1122, P0101, P0102, P0103, P0108, P0121, P1025, P0128, P0130, P0131, P0132, P0133, P0124, P0135, 00137, P0138, P0140, P0141, P0171, P0172, P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204, P0205, P0206, P0300, P0325, P0327, P0332, P0336, P0341, P0401, P0404, P0420, P0440, P0442, P0446, P0502, P0503, P0506, AND C1245. The throttle position sensor is new (ACDelco). I replaced the fuel pump just a few years ago-no problem. The entire exhaust system was replaced over a year ago. All of the HO2S oxygen sensors were replaced (ACDelco), and I had no problems with the car after that repair. I ordered a 10W 2ohm resistor to reset everything in the PCM. Given the plethora of codes, I suspect that it is a wiring harness connector. What do you recommend?

Thanks for your help. I really enjoy your show.

It seems that the new PCM also has issues.
