Hello Scotty,
I'm in Europe and I just bought my first car. I bought a Toyota Avensis 2007, with the 2 liter gasoline engine (the 1AZ-FSe i think) from the first owner with 94 000 miles on the meter.
The car runs mostly good with a good engine noise.
Since the weather got colder I noticed a great amount of white smoke coming from the exhaust in the morning. I dont think its normal it's much bigger that from any other car I encounter in the morning. When the engine is totally warmed up the smoke disappears all together. I joined a picture so that you can try to appreciate by yourself
The smoke smells like gasoline.
DO you think it could be the upper part of the valves that got clogged up due to the previous owner driving very short distances only?
If so, how do I clean it up? I thought abbout using a Motor Cleanup oil additive and maybe a spray cleaner of the air intake.
It's my first car and I need it to hold up for this year at least. Sorry for the drama if the problem is nothing but I really trust your judgment.
Anyways, thank you in advance,
ByeBYe
Bad postimages link, fixed.
Is this your second profile? The question seems to be similar.

Odds are that it is only the water condensation. Check the coolant level, if it does not drop over time, you are fine. You can also check the oil color and use the head gasket leak test kit if you are worried a lot.
