Hey Scotty, I own a 2010 Mercedes Benz c300 4matic sport.3.0L sedan.
I bought it at 175 000km. Since I have no idea how previous owners maintained it I'm trying to start fresh.
On MBWorld and other forums people are arguing about the maintenance on the "sealed" lifetime transmission/torque converter oil flush/change.
Only you have a unbiased opinion.

. Manufacturers have there own definition of lifetime. Some it's 100,000, 125,000 , 150,000 others is when the warranty is up. Mercedes has the kits available to change it also there are a ton of aftermarket transmission change kits. Personally I would change it and replace filter. I would do I pan fill and and not touch the converter. Just know you need a transmission fluid pump to properly add fluid. There is also a process that has to be done when and after adding new fluid. save old fluid just Incase you have issues with new fluid. Just leave converter alone. By keeping some old fluid in system you reduce risk of slipping caused by new fluid. Plus Mercedes States pan fill intervals is all that needed. As According to Mercedes data forms it says transmission change interval is 40k for most vehicles including c class
