Hey, there I have a 2000 Lexus es 300 that has about 200,000 miles and it is an automatic, through which my dad replaced both knock sensors but when my dad started up the car there was an unusual sound coming from the car like something had fallen in the car when my dad was trying to replace the sensors and kept moving(rattling), before the knock sensor replacement the car was running fine, there is no check engine light on, and we are not sure where that noise is coming from.

Then why were the knock sensors replaced in the first place? Go back over your work and find the mistake.
The knock sensors were replaced orignally due to a check engine light that came one and said the code stating the knock sensors were bad and needed to be replaced but when the knock sensors were changed the check engine light didnt come on but their was a noise coming as though their was a tool or something dropped causing a shaking sound almost kind of like a rattle but the check engine light isnt comming on.
