Hi Scotty. I know you have talked a lot about the Fiat 500 being a bad car but what about the Fiat 500e? The electric version of this car? Not many were sold in the US but I'm intetested in getting a used one for commuting.
Batteries with no cooling/heating system while the car is sitting unplugged or not driving get ruined super fast… I really would not recommend any EV and especially not one made by fiat.
Lol. Do you actually thing a bad car company can be made good just by being electric? This ain't UK or euro, I know things are a little different there, but Chrysler Fiat. Ewww. No disrespect man but I don't see how that logic applies and I am genuinely curious on why you would think that.
Even if you are not a car guy right. If say you know of this particular brand for making crap products, let's use wish.com as an example. You know like 99.99 percent of the crap on there is junk, so I would not hold any hopes for say a new product line they release in say computers when they were only before selling random china crap. Ya get me? Would you then say oh because electronics are involved then the products are of higher quality that the original stuff they put out? Haha. I mean if you are interested that's cool. But I personally wouldn't hold hopes especially since not many were sent to the US and the fact it's a Fiat Chrysler, I know if I saw one roll into my shop for maintenance I'd avoid it like the plague and I took several hybrid and EV classes. It's really hard to bring back brand perception after a certain period of time. Like how Nissan has been slipping for a while and all that.
