I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Tacoma sr5. So far the truck is fine, but the stock headlights are kinda crap. Anyone have any recommended headlights that I could swap out? Also, what is the maximum brightness that is street legal?

Consider converting to LED. There are lots of them that can fit your car. About the brightness level, you should check your state law.
