Hey scotty. I have a 1998 bmw 328is. I have replaced every coolant part on the car, including the water pump, thermostat and housing, radiator, hoses, electric fan, and external reservoir. after replacing everything im sure i have bled the system correctly, it blows hot air and there are no leaks. but, after driving for around 45 min- 1 hour, it starts to overheat after i come to a stop. it has overheated when i pulled into my driveway and i let it cool off and checked the radiator hoses to see if they were still stiff but they were completely soft so i dont think that it is a blown head gasket, given that i just finished installing a new cylinder head and head gasket a month ago. also there are no check engine lights if you were wondering. what do you think is the problem?

Is the new radiator fan turning on when it is supposed to?

Not a bad idea to test for head gasket failure. New parts can't be assumed to be good parts.
