| Hi Scotty. I have a 2018 Ford ecosport SES trim and it's had nothing but problems. There is one problem that has been going on for 3 years and the dealership never fixed it. From time to time for no reason I can understand or replicate when I put the car in reverse the back end makes a loud bang and the entire car shakes. Do you have any advice as to what the problem could be? Thank you have a great day. | |||||

| I have a 2019 Ford ecosport 2.0 Automatic with 52,175 miles The other day I started up the vehicle to take my daughter to school and the Screen did not come on. The radio doesn’t play it’s just a black screen. HERES WHAT I KNOW: The screen is getting power. The back light comes on so it’s illuminating the black screen. Also the lights on the radio and around the USB ports are on. I have tried resetting the system by pushing the power button and seek button. It does something because the lights go out and come back on. But the screen is still bl ... | |||||

| What do you think of 3 cylinder cars like the one used on Mitsubishi Mirage, new Chevy Trailblazer, Ford ecosport etc. Since they get great gas mileage having an engine that small, are they worth the money? | |||||

| Good day Scotty. I have a 2020 Ford ecosport with 24,500 miles, the DuraTec 4 cylinder and 4WD. I took it to a Ford dealer because it sounded like it was misfiring. They said there was carbon tracking and misfiring coming from cylinders 1 & 2, but even after the spark plug replacement being done, it still sounds like it's misfiring. What else could it be? Is it possible that the Ford spark plugs are the issue? | |||||

| Depends on which ford. My manager got a brand new 2022 F150 V6 and it already has a transmission problem and Cabin multimedia system going blank. My friend got an ecosport and 2000 KMS has transmission shifting issues. He had a Ford Ikon (Released in India and got in in 2006). HE has put 3,16,000 kms and goes strong. His dad has a fiesta ford Diesel which has phenomenal gas mileage around 58 miles for a gallon with 2,50,000 kms. I am not sure why a lot of these ford models have had issues . They are never like before. | |||||

| That's a good idea, how would somebody go about writing to Ford about issues like this? As far as the family's OEM, we're generally Ford owners, and huge Mustang fans. My step dad, my mom, my girlfriend and I all have Mustangs. My girlfriend's older sister drives an ecosport. My DD beater is a 22 year old Ranger, my step dad uses a newer Escape. If Ford genuinely designed these EVAP systems this poorly, that doesn't say much for the rest of their new product. Scotty got my attention with that new Camry Sport he reviewed in Houston, lol. I always though ... | |||||
